HIRING: Bar Manager and casual bar staff

The Waimate Town & Country Club acts as the hub of the community and offers a meeting point for members, family and friends to get together for entertainment, games and activities, or just to share a meal and a cold beverage. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Weekend Duty Manager to help us create memorable experiences for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ensuring the efficient running of the bar and provide friendly service to our customers

- Handling cash and card transactions accurately

- Driving the courtesy coach

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant licensing laws and health & safety regulations.

**Requirements:**

- Must hold Full Driver’s Licence

- Hold an LCQ Certificate and current Manager’s Certificate, or be willing to work towards achieving your Manager’s certificate

- Must be available for weekend evening work

- Previous bar or hospitality experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with gaming machines a bonus

- Prefer somone who can start immediately
